Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount. This property is suited for families. The nearest beach is Kalamies which is a white sand beach next to the picturesque fishing harbor of Golden Coast.
